Many students come to Multi-faith Chaplaincy looking for ways to explore or deepen their spiritual practice. We invite you to take advantage of the many sessions we offer, sessions that are offered by various groups in our spaces or you can come and practice on your own. Regular spiritual practice can help in your personal development, stress management, discernment and allows you to experience the sacred qualities and dimensions of your life. Tap into that which nurtures and grounds you and connects you with the universe.
Muslim Prayer Rooms:
The Muslim Students Association operates prayer rooms on both campuses.
At Sir George Williams, it is located in H-716, and is open as long as the building is open (i.e. throughout the week 8:00 am - 11:00 pm). The Loyola Prayer Room is located at SC 03-02, but you must request an access code. To do so, as well as to find out prayer times and information about Friday prayer, please visit the MSA website
The Interfaith Ambassador Program organizes visits to sacred sites. This give you the opportunity to experience sacred space and share this experience with other students. For more info click here.

Personal Meditation:
At Sir George Williams: Our meditation and activity room is often available for personal prayer, meditation or a time of centering during regular business hours. Drop by and ask the staff about it!
At Loyola: The Loyola Chapel, an historic Roman Catholic Chapel, is available for people of all faiths and spiritual paths. Located adjacent to the AD building at the end of the long hall, passing the offices of the Arts and Science Advisors, it is open when the University is open. Feel free to go in, sit, pray, mediate and feel the stillness and beauty inherent in this beautiful sacred space.
The Chapel is available for liturgical services, concerts, art shows, lectures and other events that honour the space. If you are interested in booking the Chapel, please complete and submit the Chapel Request Form. You can also contact the Chapel Development Officer.
